The Southern Highlands Conference on Heterocyclic Chemistry

Peppers Manor House, Moss Vale

This annual residential conference has become a feature of the heterocyclic calendar over the past 18 years. It has been held at one of a select few venues in the beautiful Southern Highlands of New South Wales, south of Sydney. In 2009 the meeting will be held at Peppers Manor House, Moss Vale, a beautifully appointed hotel estate offering the familiar high standard of accommodation and food. Peppers also provides an ideal setting, with its adjacent golf course and in house tennis court, for lively scientific discussion and exchange.

Call for Papers

Your participation in this outstanding conference is invited this year. The Conference President in 2009 is Professor Barbara Messerle, and together we invite as many conference poster presentations as possible in any field of heterocyclic chemistry. The number of delegates will however be limited to 50, so please register early. Completed registration forms and payment must be received by 30 June 2009.

Nominations for 2 Postgraduate Student Awards

Postgraduate supervisors and Heads of Departments are also reminded of the opportunity to nominate senior postgraduate students for the award of postgraduate scholarships. Applications close 29 May 2009. These awards are designed to encourage participation in the conference by outstanding scholars with academic ambitions.
